BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – On Wednesday, February 7 at approximately 11:10 p.m., Bullhead City emergency crews were called to a pedestrian verses vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 95 and Thunderstruck Drive. Anthony George Lockwood, 44, was reportedly lying in the roadway. A 29-year-old male driver in a 2017 Chevrolet Sonic, who was northbound on Highway 95, was unable to avoid hitting the pedestrian. Lockwood was a local transient. Lockwood was transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center by paramedics where he was later pronounced deceased. The accident is still under investigation.
