On Monday (4/22) at approximately 7:17 AM, Deputies responded to a residence in the 3800 block of John L Ave. in reference to a theft of four dirt bikes. Once on scene, the victim advised that his shed had been broken into and the dirt bikes had been stolen. The victim notified deputies that he had recovered one of the stolen dirt bikes in the alleyway west of his residence, but it was now damaged and inoperable.

The victim advised deputies that he had met with a friend the night prior to discuss trading the dirt bikes, but a deal was not reached and the victim left to go to work. Upon returning home from work the next morning, he discovered the theft and called law enforcement. The friend was identified as Braden Michael Judd, 21 of Kingman. Upon further review of a photo of the dirt bike Judd wanted to trade, deputies recognized it as being stolen from another unrelated case.

Through the course of the investigation, it was learned that three suspects had been involved in the theft and attempted sale of the stolen property. The three suspects were identified as Judd, Ryan Wayne Duarte-Vasquez, 22 of Kingman, and Bryant Alexander Nguyen, 23 of Kingman. An additional witness advised deputies that one of the suspects had attempted to sell him one of the stolen dirt bikes.

All three suspects were arrested and charged with four counts of Theft of Means of Transportation, three counts of Trafficking in Stolen Property, and one count of 1st Degree Burglary, all felonies. Bryant Nyugen was also charged with felony Misconduct Involving Weapons for a handgun located on his person during his arrest. This investigation is ongoing.
