BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – September 3, 2024 – The Bullhead City Police Department is investigating a single vehicle fatal rollover that occurred at the Bullhead Parkway and Camino Real Boulevard.
     On Sunday, September 1st at about 1:15 p.m., emergency crews were called to a crash where a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox had gone down a dirt embankment and collided into a guardrail.  It is unknown why the vehicle traveled off the Parkway.

      The driver – George Michael Hendrickson, 75 of Fort Mohave – was pronounced deceased on scene. There were no other occupants inside the vehicle.
     The Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause of the death.
