BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – October 30, 2024 – Bullhead City Police detectives arrested Josafat Fernando Magos, 20 of Bullhead City, for aggravated assault.
On October 14 at about 10:15 p.m., a 59-year-old male victim was filling up a water jug at a water refill station in the 500 block of Marina Blvd. A male suspect reportedly came up to the kiosk and started an argument with the victim about wanting to fill up his water jugs.

He then physically attacked the victim, kicking him in the head while the victim was on the ground. The victim suffered serious injuries and was flown to a Las Vegas Hospital for further medical treatment.

On October 29, photographs of the suspect from surveillance video were posted on the police department’s social media in hopes the public could help identify him. After a few hours, Josafat Magos came into the police station and turned himself in.
He was arrested and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman on charges of aggravated assault.
