BULLHEAD CITY – A driver was hospitalized after a collision Wednesday afternoon when he failed to yield to oncoming traffic, causing his vehicle to be pushed off the road and into a brick wall.
The crash occurred around 3:20 p.m. on March 19 in the 1600 block of AZ-95 in Bullhead City.
According to authorities, 79-year-old William Irwin was pulling out of the Sand Bar Cocktail Lounge parking lot in a Ford Edge when he failed to yield. His vehicle collided with a northbound Hyundai Sonata on Highway 95, forcing him off the road and into a brick wall across from the bar.
